Blas at Bryn Meadows offers incredible views over the surrounding 5 valleys whilst our Head Chef and his team have developed a new seasonal menus. At Blas we use the best of Welsh ingredients from local suppliers, to create modern dishes with a Welsh theme. Working with Welsh suppliers we are able to produce dishes that show how proud we are at being Welsh.
