Bridal Bootcamp and Group Activities
Our bootcamps run from 8.30am-3.00pm at Bryn Meadows
The one day bootcamp is designed to kick start or boost your fitness. The day is packed with varied exercise sessions, one to one coaching, and motivational training. Bootcamp sessions could include circuits, boxing, kettlebells, fun challenges, obstacle courses and more. The aim of our welsh bootcamp is to lose inches, increase fitness and give you a real sense of achievement!
Arrive at 8.30am ready to start the first work out session at 9am. Spend the morning with our personal welsh trainers before heading in for lunch, where we will provide real fruit smoothies and a healthy lunch. After lunch you'll head to the pool for an aqua aerobics session. You can use the pool facilities until 3pm.

Corporate Bootcamp Packages for Team Building
The corporate bootcamp experience is designed as a one day team bonding session, designed to get team members working together - with the main goals to improve productivity and motivation. In terms of corporate development, team-building exercises are important not for the immediate experience of the activities performed by the team, but also for the group skills, communication and bonding that result.
Alongside this, it is a fantastic way to boost fitness. The day will be packed with varied exercise sessions, one to one coaching, and motivational training. The sessions will be run by our inspirational trainers who will encourage and motivate you to push your body and rise to the challenge. The programme will vary on each bootcamp, but could include circuits, boxing, kettlebells, fun challenges, obstacle courses and lots more.
The day includes a healthy lunch in Blas Restaurant. At Blas we use the best ingredients from local suppliers, to create modern dishes with a Welsh theme.

If I don`t exercise regularly, is your bootcamp suitable for me?
Yes, our activities are designed with everyone in mind. However, if you have special needs or are still unsure about your suitability, please don`t hesitate to get in touch.
If I exercise regularly, will I be able to get a good work out?
Of course, our bootcamp sessions are designed to push yourself to the limit, so no matter how fit you are, you can rest assured you WILL sweat!
