I have a voucher for the resort that is due to expire, what will happen to it?
If your voucher is due to expire prior to the 31st August please contact us and we will ensure that an additional period of 6 months is placed on the voucher. Please note that vouchers expiring after the 31st August won't be extended.Spa vouchers will be honoured until 28th February 2021.
Hotel accommodation is now fully open.

Fusion spa is now open for treatment and food only.
If you are due to visit us in the near future and have not yet heard from us, we will be in touch with you shortly.

Events and Weddings
I have a wedding, event booked with you what happens with my booking?
We will be reviewing events up to 6 weeks out, we will be in touch with you to discuss your booking.
I have a showaround booked can I still attend?
We are conducting showarounds from the 3rd July onwards If you wish to visit Bryn Meadows, please contact email@example.com, all showarounds must be pre-booked.
If you are due to have an event in the near future and have not yet heard from us, we will be in touch with you shortly.
The course will be open to members from the 18th May 2020. Guests can play with a member from the 8th June. Visitors can visit from 24th June. Winners bar is now open for food and beverage.
Is the simulator open?
The golf simulator is currently closed until the 10th August.
Is golf coaching still going ahead?
Golf coaching has now re-commenced on a 1:1 basis.
Is the pro-shop open?
The pro-shop is open, please adhere to social distancing.
Fusion Wellness Leisure Club
Fusion Wellness Leisure Club phase 1 opening date will be 10th August for gym only.
Phase 2 for the pool to re-open will be announced shortly. Please note that during August only members are allowed to use the gym. Guest passes will not be accepted during phase 1 of opening.
Direct debit membership:
All direct debit leisure memberships were frozen during this period of closure. Payments will re-commence on the 1st September.
For the duration in which we are closed we will be extending your membership at the end of your term to reflect the duration that we were closed. All memberships have been extended by 5 months.
We would like to thank all our members and guests for their support during this period. We look forward to welcoming you back to the resort as soon as the Government reviews the restrictions.
