The one day bootcamp is designed to kick start or boost your fitness. The aim is to lose inches, increase fitness and give you a real sense of achievement. Arrive from 8.30am ready to start the first work out session at 9am. Spend the morning with our personal trainers before heading in for lunch, where we will provide real fruit smoothies. After lunch you'll head to the pool for an aqua aerobics session. You can then use the pool facilities until 3pm.
