The one day bootcamp is designed to kick start or boost your fitness. The day is packed with varied exercise sessions, one to one coaching, and motivational training. Sessions could include circuits, boxing, kettlebells, fun challenges, obstacle courses and more. The aim is to lose inches, increase fitness and give you a real sense of achievement!
Arrive at 8.30am ready to start the first work out session at 9am. Spend the morning with our personal trainers before heading in for lunch, where we will be providing smoothies. After lunch you'll head to the pool for an aqua aerobics session. You can use the pool facilities until 3pm.
