Blas Restaurant is open seven days a week for breakfast, afternoon tea, lunch and dinner, and traditional roasts on Sundays. It has spectacular views of the surrounding valleys including a glimpse of Pen-y-Fan and the Brecon Beacons.
Winners Bar is also open seven days a week and offers a snack menu, available for eat in or takeaway, with breakfast rolls, jacket potatoes and award winning pies or pasties served with creamy mashed potato and a rich homemade gravy.
Chef's also cater for conferences and events every week and weddings throughout a year. The team use the best ingredients from local suppliers to create traditional and modern dishes full of flavour.

In 2016 the team were nominated and shortlisted as 'Fine Dining Restaurant of the Year' at the Welsh Food & Drink Awards. This year they have already been nominated as 'Foodie's Favourite' at the Business Growth Awards, and 'Hotel Restaurant of the Year' in the Food Awards Wales.
