Blas is the Welsh word taste, so the team use the best ingredients from local suppliers to create modern dishes full of flavour. However, for some the restaurant has become so much more than that – a successful career.
Chris ‘Biscuits’ Burton has worked at Bryn Meadows for 6 years. Our gentle giant can now be seen managing events across all of meeting and function suites which could be up to 750 guests at one time. The role is pivotal to the day to day running of the resort, and will be the wellbeing of staff and guests across all departments including the hotel and Fusion Spa and Wellness.
