Going out to restaurants one of people’s favourite activities because they get the chance to taste the best cuisine from the chefs that work behind the scenes. International Chef day is a for them, and is probably one of the best opportunities people can get to learn how to cook and connect with chefs in their local area.
How to celebrate International Chef Day
To us, it seems like a perfect excuse to dine in Blas Restaurant. Blas is the Welsh word for taste. So by using the best ingredients from local suppliers, the team are able to create modern dishes full of flavour for you to relish and savour. The restaurant has gained an excellent reputation among residents and locals as the perfect setting for a family celebration.

- Lunch ~ 12pm - 3pm
- Afternoon Tea ~ 1pm - 5pm (3pm-5pm on a Sunday)
- Evening A La Carte ~ 6pm - 9pm
- Sunday Lunch ~ 12pm - 3pm
- 3 course dinner and half a bottle of wine ~ 6pm - 9pm (Thursdays)
- Festive Menu ~ 12pm - 3pm or 6pm - 9pm (26th November - 30th December)
